Voluntary Cancellations

If your cancellation complies with the activity’s cancellation policy, your refund will be automatically processed via your original payment method within 10 business days.

Complaints

If your experience was unsatisfactory, you may request a refund by submitting a written explanation within 48 hours after the activity ends. Each case is evaluated individually.

Cancellations by the Provider

If the provider cancels your activity, you are entitled to a full refund. If you’ve received a cancellation confirmation email, your refund will be processed automatically. If the provider informed you directly and you haven’t received confirmation from GoTo HUB, please contact us at customerservice@gotohub.no.
